Strategizing and engineering change in an established business, takes time. Depending on the industry, length of time in business & economic conditions could significantly impede your progress.
Changing a business is a long-term project. Ideas always come quick. Implementation is what takes time.

Every business situation differs and to go through your entire business and examine it with a critical eye will likely consume you.
You will become obsessed, in a healthy way.
Some of what you discover you will be able to resolve quickly. While others areas will take you longer than you might anticipate.
